On 13/11, two SMS came to my phone stating that Cellone deducted Rs. 12 & Rs 28 for caller tune which I never requested for. On calling to Customer care 9433024365 they just refused to redress my complaints! Moreover they even didn't deactivate my caller tune- it is an very embarrassing situation for me to carry a below dignity caller tune in my phone! - The attitude of Cellone should be highly condemned.
