I have been complaining about the batery of the instrument supplied to me but i am not getting the problem solved. The staff of ahmedabad office agtreed that the batery was faulty and i was given assurance that they will change the batery however after complaining for more than three time i did not get the problem solved. To day i tried again but this time i was told that i will have to pay the full price of the new battery. This is not fair and i hope not the policy of such a reputable organisation. However i am very upset by the rudeness of your staff at ahmedabad office as well as anand vidyanagar sales outlet. Now i leave it in your capable hands this whole matter.
