Internet Speed pathetic, service pathetic

Hello,

I had baught the Tata Indicomm USB modem, but the internet speed is pathetic. Moreover the service is pathetic. I had complained n number of times but no satisfactory resolution. Moreover, my connection was disconnected, and I was asked to pay 1000 rupees, though my bill was merely 350. After I paid my bill, I requested to connect my service, but still it is not connected. Next bill had already come, which is again 250 only, I am not sure why they were asking 1000 bugs.

Please don't go for Tata Indicomm USB modem
