I am holding an Prepaid card of Tata Docomo from launching of docomo. I want to convert that Prepaid number to Post Paid and for that i contacted to an Agent from Tata Docomo. As he requested i had submitted all required documents to him. and i paid 400 rupees. He given me New SIM card and told me that my old Prepaid number will get activate on this New SIM card immediatly. but not! i can understand that it will take some time to process. but it was too late. i called to the tata docomo outlet agent name is VINAY many times and he said that you just come down to our outlet and take your money back. after 5 five days it was activated.

2) actual deposit was 300 only for my 249/- plan. but that agent was collected 400/- from me. when i asked that why you are charging 100/- extra and he replied that it is for sim card. when i consult to another tata docomo outlet that people said that we are not charging any amount for new sim card.when my num was activated i got a call from tata docomo i just complained to them and the next day i got a call from tata docomo that they are saying that tata docomo agent vinay will paid 100/- in my upcoming bill.

3) from 18 of july i am not able to connect internet and from 19 of july i am facing problem of signal drop. till today nobody solved my internet problem. i called many times to customer care and they are giving differnt different answers for the same problem

what this docomo area managers doing. they are in service industry or in some fraud business
