Technical problem in mobile set

Sirs,

i purchase mobile chat 322 from goel commucation, somdutt plaza kanpur on dated 27/6.after 12-days mobile got problem of auto charging and i gave on your service center on 9/7 benajhabar kanpur.after 10 on 20/7 i was repaired and i got it.

on 6/8 again my mobile set showing same problem when i reached on ur service center they say after 10 days we will give u after reparing.

my question is that in 40 days mobile set is showing problem 2 times its means it has got some tecnical problem.

so my demand is to change my mobile set with new one if u did't change my mobile in 7 days i will take legal action.
