Luetooth problem

I have bought nokia 5200 mobile and it is not workin proper in any area i.e bluetooth charging problem.. i gave to nokia centre, it came back 2 me in a month without any improvement... tell me what to do... i want to replace my phone... our nearer branch is nokia care centre in janakpuri {district centre} delhi... i want strict actions to be taken... and please reply via mail or at 9210347230
