Complaint Regarding: After complaining more times to the customer cares, they are in habbit that reducing the amount from the main blance

I am a prepaid customer of the Airtel of the Orissa Location (9668586875).

I am sorry to say that I am not more interested to keep that connection with me because of the several reasons. These are given below...

I am recharging to my account. After a regular interval (5 to 6 days interval) they are reducing my balance. I already complained three times after complain they simply revert that amount to my account. But I wnats to know why they are doing so many times with me...

Service is very poor in terms of the networks.

I connected to the customer care people but they did not giving any satisfying answer.

If anyone receive the email please call to me in reliance number (9861975424) because I removed that airtel number.

This is my last request to you. If you will not solve this time then I will Switch my network via MNP.
