We have a landline phone of connect company and from 15 January we took a new plan under the name of UL-299 (it means use of internet unlimitedly) but now we receive bill that is just opposite to rules and regulations that our agent cleared to us. So it is agent s mistake that he send wrong request to company but now both agent (Varinder kumar sales code 9689) and nearest office branch do not cooperate with us. The amount of bill is too much (1800 Rs.) but we do use phone and internet to this amont. Due to this company has temporarily withdrawn servicrs of our phone.
