Dear Sir,

I am enjoying your broadband service and telephone past 6 years. Since last 6 six months 30 Rs Extra Charges are reflected in my bill about utv audio etc which I have not used at all and this was given in notice to your peaople ovarly so many times.. In my area a person was coming to collect the bills, bu last month nobody has turned up. I paid the bills personally in cash but in this bill I am charges late fee of rs. &5/- which I feel unnessary. Hope somebody will look after my compliant
