I requested to transfer my fix line no. (0121-4034680) broad band on 16.03.12, request no.13004578, but after lapse of one month and 6 days there is no action from Airtel company, even after continous followup at customer care with several available request nos (Default customer care location - Bhopal), moreover I have received SMS from Airtel company for bill payment of Rs.472/- for non-usage period. whereas complete bill payment was done at the time of request for transfer.
