Terrible customer service

I have shifted my residence and wanted my phone to be shifted.

1. I was told that there is no connection available there where they were giving new connections.

2. Took me a month and numerous calls to finally get it shifted.

3. Lots of false information all the time.

4. False commitment.

After this I asked for a wi-fi router, was told that I will get it next day.

1. I call next day and no complaint was there, I lodge one again.

2. I was again told about a 24 hour delivery, I wait at home and no one shows up.

3. Call them everyday multiple times for last 5 days, it takes almost 30 minutes and multiple tries to get to someone who can talk to you.

4. Every time I was told it will be done in next few hours. I was told someone would call me. nothing was done.

5. Talk to the supervisors and nothing has happened.

5. I am STILL WAITING.

Is there a place where I can go and follow-up? This is so disgusting and something needs to be done. The consumers have been taken for a ride with pathetic service, false information and no care whatsoever.
