I purchased samsung galaxy fit from croma jubli hills on jan 7th next day i had problems with touch screen, i thought may be its new phone it will get used to touch and the display will become user friendly once we start using it ..after a week it started giving me battery issues the charge doesnt long for more than an hour and then issue with charger, the phone doesnt get charged with the charger i have to use USB cable and connect to my system..and even that charge doesnt long last... as soon as i disconnect the USB the phone gets switched off. and my phone started hanging up... i have a real bad experience with my new phone SAMSUNG GALAXY FIT worst phone i have ever used. and a very bad customer service at croma, they ask me to pay the repair charges, though i havent used the phone and its DOA it was a defective piece. very worst customer service.
