I had 6 postpaid connections of airtell under C.U.G. I wanted to convert my connections to pre-paid and approached their local agent to whom i have paid the full payment in cash on25/06/08 and purchased 5 conversion sim cards and got the confirmation through SMS, that my request has been registered and the conversion will be effected within 9 working hours, but to my dismay till1pm on 28.06.08 nothing has happened. When called the customer service six times they could not sort the problem. I deeply regret for having gone to airtel and fed up with the company.
