I am not able to register my compalints via Online complain service on www.tatadocomo.com so i am forwarding my complaint via http://inconsumercomplaints.com.

I am Angry as well as Frustated due to the following two Complaints.

1. Cannot dial anything after calling 121 or 198...

&--whenever i call 121, i cannot dial/input anything during the call, e.g. "if the IVR says: dial 1 for balance, dial 2 for schemes, " and if I dial 1, then also it ignores my action and goes on furthur saying dial 3 for this and dial 4 for that.. Thus I cannot even dial 9 for talking to Customer Care so that I can register my complaint. Same is the case in dialing 198.

&& I assure you the following: There is no malfunction in my phone device or touchpad. i have tried inserting Sim in another personal mobiles but still the problem persists. i have visited Docomo gallery and I have also checked inserting the sim in the mobile of authorized person at the docomo gallery and still the problem persists. And they say they cant solve the problem and i have to talk to Customer Care. But i cannot talk to Customer Care because I cannot input 9 or any number after calling 121. thus there is no way i can contact CustomerCare.

Please help me by calling me on my number 9033019289.

2. Received Less TalkTime (of Rs. 86) on recharge of Rs. 100...

&&Recently i had recharged with plan voucher Rs.120 under which i got the following benefit " Talk-time of Rs 55 on recharge of Rs 50 and Rs 115 on recharge of Rs 100 for 180 Days". So on this assurance, on 27July i made a recharge of Rs. 100 on my number 9033019289. but injustice has been done because i received only 86 Rs. balance instead of Rs. 115. now to register this complain, i cannot input 9 after calling 121 or 198. what shall i do ...???

So i am using this online Complaint Service to register my Grievances.

I want tata docomo to understand how much the above inconveniences have affected my faith in tata docomo that was very much strong since long as i am an old and faithful customer of tatadocomo. One of my Friends have suggested me Mobile Number Portability. What should i do ...???
