If we run a poll across state to present 'The Worst Communication services' award, i am sure 'Airtel' will be elected unanimously. Its inefficiency and poor services (proclaimed to be the fastest!!!) reaches new dimensions. If you call the 'Customer Care service' after pressing two many numbers (i.e 1, 2, 5, 7, 9) and wasting nearly 10-15 mins, you will be connected to the Service representative who speaks like Parrot the following:
'Thanks for using Airtel Service. How can i help you sir??..
Sorry Sir... Really Sorry Sir for the inconvenience caused (he will repeat this at least thrice and even more if the other side is firing or raising a issue which this person doesn't even know)... We are registering your compliant... Your problem will be solved in another 48 hours. Anything else you need Sir???!!! '
I bet you will not get anything other than the above preformatted text. Many times, they do disconnect your call while you speak, by the time you would have finished all your firing (through your problem as well). Next time a different parrot!! Oh Sorry!!! Different representative will pick the call and read the above text without missing a word.
The moral of the story is 'If you are cheated by Airtel, you will have no forum to redress the issue... no mail ids, useless customer care...' Airtel really follows the principle - 'Might is Right'
Think twice before you step for the Airtel services next time.
