Service not active even after proper consent

I was irritated from the prevailing tariff plans of my airtel mobile and decided for MNP.

The next day i received a call from airtel offering the best possible tariff plan for me and not to perform the MNP/

I agreed n they said that the tariff plans will be activated within 72 hrs but nothing happened.

After when i called on airtel customer care they blocked the call, and its been blocked till now.
