I am Prasad Mehta from Pune. A problem occurred in the functioning of my mobile i.e. 'DELL XCD35'.
I showed it at the service center on 7/12. They assured that the replacement would take 15 days. It's about 37 days since then, yet i have not got the replacement.
I had mailed about this on [email protected] on 27 dec. they replayed that ill get replacement in 7 days, but still i haven't got it.
I also called on 18004258110 which is dells costumer care number, i had an bad experience, they don't attend people properly.
They cut the phone without responding or giving any answer.
I request to get my replacement as soon as possible or return my money which I had invested in mobile.
