Land line 2384877 not working

Dear Sir i am staying in khandagari, O S H B Coloney M I G 113

my teliphone no 2384877 not working for last 8 months, i have given several comlain but my phone was not corrected. Onece a person from teliphone department came to check the line and told that the were was broken in between and he will come to correct it soon, but now 3 months have been passed still my phone is not working. but i am paying bills regularly.

today i talk to the number 2470300 for giving another complain but the gentleman didnot listined me and told all khandagiri area are out of order.

when i ask when it will going to correct he drop the line. The behavour and the voice was very rude, they are not lifting the teliphone

In this connection if mr land line is not corrected with in 07 days please calcell my teliphone and refund my amount
