Customer care nuisense

I own a new connection of Airtel prepaid service for past 4 days in Ranchi. My mobile number is 919199533180. I have requested for GPRS activation for which the service provider is not responding. For the worst the charges for rental of Rs 249 was deducted from my account but no response in sending me the GPRS setting even after 24 hours was received.

When again contacted with CUSTOMER CARE, I found I have been barred from interacting with the customer care executive. Possibly, Mr Sanjay, the Customer care executive with whom I have talked last time have effected this nuisense. I am this facing problem though I am paying for such kind of worst service. Hope this sorts out immediately and action may be taken for such miscreants or else I have to switch over some other service providers and also recommend my friends/persons aquinted with me regarding the kind of service provided by the company.
