I came on transfer to Delhi nearly 20 days back. I have taken Tata postpaid connection. I have taken the address proof from office and submitted to them. I have told them that I won't be available at house during day time 9am to 6pm. For one week no body called me for verification and they debarred my services.By that time I have shifted to a different house. And when I approached them, they have told me I have to go to Connaught place for change of address. I went there with great difficulty as I am new this place and submitted the proofs with a fine of Rs100/- and change of number. My phone got activated after two days and worked for one day and after that again the service was de barred for want of address verification. I got calls from address verification persons 2 to 3 times, but nobody turned up at the house and no one crosschecked the address. Simply, they are not bothered to travel a distance and at odd times. Time and again I have told them that I won't be available at home during day time. Even customer care and Tata indicom offices, no body is trying to assist. The service is pathetic and distressing (my mobile no.9212368229, not yet activated)
