We had placed a Work Order on Dishnet Wireless Ltd on 22 Nov for a 2 MBPS MPLS/VPN to connect our factory at Barapani, Meghalaya and Office at Shillong, Meghalaya. The link was handed over to us in March and as per terms of contract we were only supposed to provide 2 routers to them which we did. Till date the link is not working.
The following amount is receivable by us :
1) Advance paid to Aircel for one qtr - Rs 60803
2) 2 nos MAIPU Router - Rs 30000
3) Idle salary to ERP Team for 4 months - Rs 120000
4) Delay in implementation of ERP - Rs 500000
TOTAL Rs 710803 (Rupees seven lakhs ten thousand eight hundred and three only)
Please do the needful and resolve our issue at an early date.
