Hi,
I have complained to Docomo customer care about the problem of my sim.
There is no outgoing / incoming facility for my sim.
number is 9036828683.
There is no response from the customer care for the complaint.
I had asked them to transfer the balace to my other docome number they are saying their is no facility for that.
Then what is the use of that sim with the curreny in it.
So please act on this issue ASAP and consider this as severity issue.
