WRONG DEDUCTION

I HAD USED DOCOMO NET ON 13.5.10 AND I HAD ONLY USED FACE BOOK, GMAIL, ORKUT.NO PAY SITE AT BETWEEN 5.30 TO 6.30PM THEY HAD DEDUCTED 14.20 RUPEES FROM MY MAIN BALANCE.I HAD CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND ENQUIRED ABOUT IT THAT TIME THEY ONLY SAID THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO UPDATE YOU INFO SO CALL AFTER 3 HOURS I HAD CALL 5 TIMES A DAY BUT SAME REPLY.ON 17.5.10 WHILE USING NET THEY HAD DEDUCTED 18 RUPEES FROM MY BALANCE WHILE USING FACEBOOK NEAR ABOUT 10.30PM.THEY ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER TO HOW MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTING AND THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY BALANCE.SIR PLEASE HELP ME
