Phone number 9897073555, My April bill is generated for 7000 Rs, out of which 5900 is for value added services.

The services is used from 7th March (11:00pm) till 8th March (6:30 am).

I confirm that my phone is very basic and does not have Facebook facility and neither Airtel live is used.

I have checked that these services are not used by any other member of my family.

I have made repeated complained at email address "[email protected]", [email protected]

and [email protected] I always get acknowledge mail and SMS at my cell phone but still no resolution.
