Excessive billing

This is in respect of my mobile no 9868100264. In this month of Jan moble billing I found the billing in excess amount which never happened compare to the use of mobile.

Whenever I try to contact the service provider whether on phone or on internet, I am unable to contact the officials. Either the phone call will be disconnected or the requisite webpage will not open. Then how to and where from the complaint can be lodged.

They are interested for only money and not the providing satisfactory services. I am fade up with their services. I may discontinue the services provided by them but this is not the solution. Being a PSU they are very careless.

As on today I want the details of my all the outgoing calls to be satisfied myself. The requisite page does not open. They may rectify this when one or two days are left for last bill payment date.

I complained many times to them online. Even I emailed them but nobody pays any attention to respond me.

Besides that I lodged complaint many times on 1503 stating the loss of connectivity of this DOLPHIN moble to certain part of area such as Delhi Cantt., Palam Colony.

No remedial measures have been taken till now to sort out such type of complaint.

On the contrary billing is raised whether it is with local calls or STD Calls..
