I also left a complaint earlier that Dolphin-MTNL recharge coupons are not available outside Delhi and NCR.If I am in Aligarh (U.P.) I feel very difficult to recharge my MTNL dolphin. Only BSNL is available there. I also received a feedback from your side in which you have mentioned that coupons are available in Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida and Gurgaon. But this I know. I want that coupons should be available all over INDIA like in M.P., U.P. etc. Please take serious action.
