I have taken a life time prepaid connection from one of the airtel dealer on 25th may paying rs 495rs 100 sim card charges 251 talk time charges. I had submitted all the documents for id proof and address proof and the line was activated after two days. Suddenly on 28th out going calls were disconnected. On inquiring with customer service i was asked to resubmit the documents again which was done on 30th may at airtel showroom "shrusti communications mahalaksmi lay out bangalore. I am fed up following with airtel customer support. My two e mails to airtel has no effect can trai help me to get this card canceled and get the refund of my money - regards - tara acharya.k
Please never take airtel connection!
