Required my lost amount

Sir,

I have mobile phone connection of AIRCEL (Assam) 9854049215 . On 22/02 AIRCEL disconnected my outgoing line and after sometime automatically come again my outgoing service. When talked they said that for their technical problem that problem occur. Again today (24/02) my outgoing line disconnected. For that I can't make a valuable call. Finally I lost one contract. But after sometime again my outgoing service are comes again. They know their wrong also asked for sorry. But its not a people to give sorry. Its a company and today I want my lost amount . regularly I pay my bill. Without crossing outgoing limit why they disconnect the line? I request you take an action. I request you to take an action against AIRCEL .
