Customer care in orissa sucks!!!

I opted for airtel prepaid service due to their good name in the field of telecommunication service and coverage of signal in bhubaneswar, orissa and around. I bought my prepaid SIM from a local distributor providing all the documents in the first week of january'2011. The distributor informed me that I might be asked to resubmit the documents for reverification by Airtel. In that case I can directly submit the document to local airtel office (Bharati House, Info City, Bhubaneswar).

After somedays I received an SMS from airtel asking me to resubmit the documents for continued service. I did the same on 2nd Feb'11 with the receptionist of bharati house (Document included - copy of PAN Card, copy of Local Adress Proof, copy of Permanent Address proof, Crosssigned photo attached with the duly filled form). I was assured by the receptionist (introduced himself as Mr. Deepak after I asked his name for lodging a complaint) that it will be done in 1 or 1 and 1/2 day.

I waited untill 4 p.m. of 4th Feb'11 and went to Bharati House again as my connection was not activated. The receptionist could not answer me a suitable reason for not activating mobile number. I asked him to connect me to a higher official. He said that the person who takes care of the activation thing in bharati house was on leave and there is no one who can help me out!!! (Pathetic level of customer support!!!). He asked me to go to another office which is nearly 15 K.M. from my locality (And it will cost me around 100 (onwards) 100 (onwards) = 200 Rs/- in auto-rikshaw driven city like bhubaneswar). I was ready to go to another office because I wanted to make it quick, so I asked for the document I have submitted.

He denied to return my documents.!!! (If you can not request my service why wont my documents back??). He told me come back on monday (7th 2011), the executive will be back and I can talk to the executive directly then. I agreed because on saturday and sunday both the offices will be closed.

Around 4:30 P.M. monday I again went to Bharati house. After repeated request he picked his phone and talked to someone unknown in oriya and replied me back "Ma'm is in meeting. She is busy. Go to Sahid Nagar Office. We do not do such kind of work" (What the fuck!!! I hell know they do this kind of work. A number of my collegues having same problem been serviced from there). I kept my cool and asked him to give me the direct number of whom he had been talking to. He denied. I asked him to give the number of reception. He denied. I asked him to return my documents. He denied. He instead said that the document has been forwarded to higher official for the requested task.(What the fuck!!! If they have my documents then why do I have to submit it again in some other office???)I asked him to give the number of complain box. He gave me the reception number and told me he will forward my call to the executive. After 1:30 hrs I called the reception and he let me know it is not possible forward my call to the executive and my SIM can not be activated from the office. I have to go to sahid nagar office and have to submit documents again.
