I am a corporate customer, working with IBM Daksh (International BPO) since last six months. I have taken airtel postpaid connection six months back, now my outstanding is totally nil that is zero. But my mobile card is deactivated on 7/9/07 without any reason. They are saying like sef not received. This is not a valid reason at all.
Airtel people dont know how to treat/deal with corporate customers. My connection is six months back activated and now they are saying that like my form has not received. What the hell is this.
