I am Amrish Singh. I was using Idea Post paid no. 9669696971. I have forwarded a request to close this number after pay the due amount of this number. But i was charged 200Rs. more and i dont know for what. I was confirmed twice before making the payment. I have also tried to gt information from the idea customer care but the agent named Sangeeta rudely behave to me.
