I TOOK AIRTEL (TARIFF PLAN:-STD PCO PLAN (NEW) CONNECTION 2 YRS BACK .I WAS DEACTIVATE THE CONECCTION 6 MONTHS BEFORE.
NOW I WANT TO RE-ACTIVATE THE SAME NUMBER. SO I REQUEST TO RE-ACTIVATE THE SAME NUMBER IN AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE.THE REQUEST (#21779402).
AFTER 2 DAYS ONE CUTOMERCARE EXECUTIVE (MR.G.M.ANSARI PH-9281309829) CALLED ME ON 14/07/09 & HE TOLD YOU HAVE TO PAY RS.450/= BALANCE FOR REACTIVATE THE SAME NUMBER. THEN I SAID COME AND COLLECT THE MONEY PLEASE REACTIVATE THE SAME NUMBER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .THEN HE CAME AND COLLECT THE MONEY&HE GIVEN ONE RECEIPT .THEN HE SAID WITH IN 2 DAY THE SAME LINE WILL BE REACTIVATE .THEN I WAIT WAIT FOR 4 DAYS …AGAIN I CALLED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID WITH IN 7 DAYS ONLY IT WILL BE ACTIVATE .THEN I SPOKE TO TEAM LEADER SHE TOOK THE COMPLAINT REGARDING MR. ANSARI (CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE) SAID AND SHE ALSO SAID WITH IN 24/07/09TH THE LINE WILL BE ACTIVATE .SO I WAIT FO 10 DAY’S (15/07/09 TO 24/07/09) STILL THE LINE IS NOT ACTIVATE .(COMPLAIT # 22236572) SO IAM VERY UNHAPPY WITH AIRTEL SERVICES.I WANT TO TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS THROUGH APPILATE AUTHORITY.I HAVE PROOF FOR THIS ISSUE.SO PLEASE KINDLY DO MY NEEDFULL.
