Dear sir,

I would like to draw your attention that my airtel telephone bill for the month of Oct.- Nov. dated 17.10.2010 to 16.11.2010 for telephone number 01141318389 is Rs. 720/- which is already paid.

we already made a request for transferring the connection to my address in the month of November. on that time we get a confirmation that need to pay all old balance which we paid amount Rs. 720/- on dated 22.11.10 and we get a connection at our new address.

but unfortunately we are getting many calls from your call centre regarding payment which is not due from our side

we are request to you please update your system.
