Incorrect telephone billing

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your attention that my airtel telephone bill for the month of December dated 02.12.2010 to 01.1.2011 for telephone number 01141619214 is Rs. 7748.57/- which is highly over charged as against my average monthly bill of Rs 1466/- .

I have gone through the detailed call information sent along the bill and have found out that many unauthorized and false charges have been made on my account for DSL which I have not made.

I have contacted your company representatives on (22.1.2011), but they have not been of much help.

So I would request you to investigate the matter, and remove the unauthorized charges and send me a rectified bill as soon as possible.

I have been a loyal customer of your company, and I trust you do not want to jeopardize my loyalty to your company through this situation.
