I am user of Airtel postpaid connection, but I am suffered twice because of there surprise VAS service activation (without asking or confirming user); few days back ring tone service activate by airtel and automatic balance deducted to nil (6/01) and yesterday (14/01) friends chat activated on my no. again balance deducted to nil. I dont have a single paise to call on customer care (which should be free but not able to communicated in that senario)
