We have enabled GPRS on our mobile no. 9466574045 from bsnl Ambala Circle (Haryana) GM Karnal. Initially it was giving speed of 460 kbps And Locating tower of I.T.I Karnal (Haryana). Now I.T.I Tower is not being located by our mobile and downloading speed is 115.2 kbps. we have taken up the matter with SDO BSNL KARNAL, But no action taken so far.
