Obbing customers in the form of SMSes

My father's (M Ventateswar Rao, Rtd. ZP High school headmaster) mobile no. is 09494300693. He did not use Fever Service (in fact he does not know to use the phone's features other than basics of calling and receiving), but for the last three or four days he is getting messages from 55678 stating that your fever service will renew in next two days, to unsubscribe send 'UNSUBFEVER' to 55678. After sending SMSes for unsubscribing costing Rs.2 he got another msg that 'temporary problem plz retry later but Rs. 2 deducted remained deducted. This happened thrice in a span of three days. Then he told me about this and I suspected it to be a way of robbing inncoent phone subscribers and complaining it to you. I request you to take stern action against such miscreants and ensure my father gets his money back and such robbing do not occur going forward.
