Unwanted VAS Service

I have been a loyal customer to Airtel. Infact my whole family has never used any other service providers than Airtel. But I think we all need to switch now. My mother (Number: 09896028834) has been charged more than two hundred rupees in last 2.5 months for VAS services which she never asked for. Even after calling customer care, going through their automated *121# service, services are still there and money is being deducted.

I am also facing the same problem on my number 09650387367. Despite the efforts to deactivate services, services are being forced and money is being deducted. Overall more than five hundred rupees must have been deducted from my family so far. This is definitely not acceptable.

And to add to everything, customer care can't give our money back!!! They can only deactivate the service!! So are we being punished for being loyal to Airtel???
