Final Settlement issue

My postpaid no. 7738107779.

I have exhausted by complaining with regards to my settlement of my post paid acccount . collection agency by the name of RMS solution called me with regards to outstanding, agent called Sneha on 22/10 gave me a settlement figure which i agreed to pay and collection boy Titan Shah came and took a check of settlement figure. and gave me a ordinary receipt (On Back he writes " Full And Final Settlement) which is not full and final receipt. and then few days later airtel legal dept sends me a letter asking me to pay further outstanding. then i called upMiss. Dipti Gangurde on Mobile No.9930289429 She says there is nothing she can do and not ready to listen the issue and warned about Borivali court. i called many times but she never picks up the phone. all i need is my full and final settlement letter. Otherwise I'll Case.

Please Solve the issue sooner
