I purchased air tel Top-Up recharge 17/08 Rs 10 (ten rupees) with serial no 37050009750172. I tried 17, 18th for recharge bur personal pin is not accepted. I informed this issue to Customer care executive.he advised me to contact dealer. Dealer asked me to contact Customer care. It shows how the air tel is reacting ultimately I am the looser.
