I have purchased a fly mobile phone model DS200 on 30.Jan.2010 from Saravana Stores, T.Nagar, Chennai. After a week, the image is not clearly displayed in the screen and later it become worst. I have been told by Saravana Stores incharge to take it to Fly Service center. Then, I went to Fly Service Point, Kellys, Chennai on 23.Mar.2010 (2nd month from purchase).

After several followups they return the mobile on 03.Apr.2010 without servicing it, reasoning display has some minor line which is not covered under warranty (reported by Delhi Office). But they told that it can be serviced with the cost of around Rs.1, 600/- where I purchased at Rs.2, 800/-.

Here both Merchant and service provider are not giving proper response. Please help me to get this done.
