BAD WORKING CONDITION OF MOBLE AND MISGUIDING OF CUSTOMERS IN SEVICE CENTRE

I purchased a fly mobile having the model no MC160 just before two months i am facing lot of prblems in that mobile i spent my more time in getting the mobile repaered rather than using it. In the service centre having the name PRANAV INFOCOM, #95, 4th block, Jayanagar, Bangalore, i gave my mobile for repair for 3 times they dint do anything only they are taking the mobile in the name of observartion and they are returning back saying the software problem, they exchanged my battery also before giving it for service the battery was good now they corrupted that one also. Because of all these reasons i felt very bad by seeing your service so please help me in this regard as early as possobly.
