Dear Sir/Mam

I am a postpaid user and my no is 9356657440.

Your staff gave me lots of wrong information.

Below is the detail and minor problem is not written.

Please read this and process it urgently.

I got called from Ankita (Chandigarh sec-9) for convert prepaid to postpaid.

She advise to me regarding Rs199 plan. In this plan reliance take 199 rent charge par month and reliance offer to

you full balance 199 (1pec/sec) and R2R free unlimited (Local only) and she told me your prepaid balance will be

manage in your monthly bill that time I have Rs 100 in my prepaid A/C.

But I have not got this plan yet and not manage my prepaid balance in the bill.

After my complain in customer care, I had got call from Hairi (Sec-9, Chandigarh), he told me sorry for wrong

information, he told me I gave you another offer. But i have not any other offer. I told him please cancel my

postpaid and please convert it prepaid again but he told me sorry sir this not possible before 6 month.

I have face lots of problem due to wrong Information.

And one big issue in reliance is that If you have prepaid user then you don't talk to postpaid customer care.

When I go in roaming then my postpaid no is not working (no outgoing and not incoming both). When I call then I got

voice resume service.

Reliance service is very very bad service provider because I have more issue with another no.

Now I am using 2 no's of reliance.

Please solve my issue.

Now I am waiting for portability when this is come in Punjab then I change the service provider.
