About Network break down

Dear sir/madam

I Sajid amin From Jammu and Kashmir (district Rajouri) facing problems using the Airtel services from 21-04. to till now. i can't use Internet services due to ferquntly break down network. i can't make a call and even recive a call to listen clearly these day's. Any requst we sent to airtel network processing is very late.
