Illegally debiting money without using services

My mob. no is 91-9816066045, . This no. was taken on dated 08/12 from Himachal Pradesh. Since that day airtel starts their

value added services by its own, and when we go with the customer care then they say its not our fault and value that deducted can not reverse. One customer care Ex. Mr. Om Prakesh (Chandigarh Branch) was told to intract with their Senior then he puts the line hold up to 30min. and can't pick the same. Many time 198 (complaint helpline) also not connected.

Take a serious action against this complaint.
