Not connected to Customer Care

Dear Sir,

My no. is 9025259165. I am not getting connected to Customer Care through any nos. like 198, 121, 12131.

I had faced this problem many times before and it takes months to be resolved. I found many airtel nos. from my friends circle had the same.

I explain the problem here.

whenever I connect to C.C office the pre-recorded voice works fine, finally when I opted a no. to talk to the office member it get disconnected.
