My tel No. 2580707 at my residense 147B, Kanchanjunga Aptt. Sector-53 Noida is out of order since 10.0810. Till then I have made complaints twice on 2582198 . Automatic Complaint No. also generated. But regret to say that so for my phone is not working and no response also received from BSNL. Services of BSNL is very poor. We can not here the clear voice whenever phone is in order. same is with my anoth tel. No. 2586958. Hence keeping BSNL phone is of no use and simply wastage of money. Because BSNL is charging fixed rental even phone may not be working for longer duration. In case of delayed payment, Penalty or disconnection charges being charged from the consumers. Why not be cost compensated if service not provided by BSNL.
