Problem with incoming calls from vodafone numbers

I with mobile no. 9986235306 (from karnataka, bidar) migrated to bsnl from vodafone with upc vx118381 last week under mnp. i am unable to get incoming calls from any vodafone number. please solve my problem soon. moreover ffe and gprs are not activated even after many days.
