I am using airtel prepaid services in my cellular phone. The company is unnecessarily deducting some amounts from my prepaid account balance without any intimation to me. When the customer care personnel is contacted he/she is saying a value added service has been activated in my mobile. But I have no knowledge about it. After deactivation of the VAS, the account balance deducted is not even refunded to me. Like this I'm facing a huge loss!
