I am using airtel. I am not able to get customer care. I have tried all no.s 121, 9815098150 etc...
many times i mailed them my problem.. and many times i lodged my complaint from my landline phone.
But they are not replying to mails nor resolving the problem. One of the executives even told me that it can not be resolved. Can anybody tell me how to initiate legal action against them. I am serious about it. They are making fool of consumers.
